I offer an integrative and holistic approach to wellbeing by combining Therapeutic Coaching with Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy. My work is based on the understanding that true health involves far more than the absence of symptoms. It is influenced by the dynamic relationship between the physical body, emotional experiences, mental patterns, lifestyle and environment.


Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, I work with clients to explore and address the deeper factors that may be contributing to imbalance. The bi-directional connection between the mind (psychological) and body (physiological) has been well established. Chronic stress, unresolved past traumatic experiences, suppressed emotions and nervous system dysregulation can influence physiological health, often manifesting as chronic fatigue, inflammation and pain, impaired gut function or other persistent physical symptoms. At the same time, biochemical factors such as blood sugar fluctuations, hormonal imbalances, gut dysbiosis, nutrient deficiencies and poor sleep can significantly impact mood, anxiety levels, cognitive function and emotional resilience.


By working with both the psychological and physiological aspects of health, my approach supports greater balance within the nervous, immune and endocrine systems, allowing the mental, physical and emotional aspects of our body to move towards a more regulated and resilient state.

Therapeutic Coaching combines elements of psychotherapeutic approach with solution-focused coaching methods. This framework supports three key areas of change: nervous system regulation, emotional healing and behavioural transformation. I draw from evidence-informed techniques such as mindfulness, developmental psychology, NLP, hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), all aimed at helping individuals develop greater self-awareness and implement meaningful lifestyle changes that allow greater sense of wellbeing.

My role as a coach is not to give ready-made answers or advice, but to support you in discovering your own insights and solutions. I provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together we identify the patterns, beliefs or habits that may be holding you back, while also recognising your inner strengths, values and potential.

Alongside this therapeutic coaching work, naturopathic nutritional therapy supports the body through personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance. I focus primarily on natural, wholesome foods and, where appropriate, targeted nutritional supplements as supportive tools. Each programme is tailored to the individual, recognising that every person’s biology, experiences and needs are unique.

I support clients with a wide range of personal/health challenges including chronic stress, mood issues (anxiety/depression), low confidence and self-esteem, relationship difficulties, unhelpful behavioural/thinking patterns and limiting beliefs, emotional processing and specific health concerns that may also benefit from nutritional support.
Sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis online via Zoom or in person at the Alma Vale Centre in Bristol. I work in structured blocks of sessions rather than one-off consultations, as this allows the time and continuity needed to create meaningful and sustainable change.
