Hi, I’m Tim. I'm a Therapeutic Coach. Therapeutic coaching is a way of working that bridges the gap between traditional therapy and forward-focused coaching.


Sometimes, we find ourselves stuck in the "uncertainty of transition" of life. I provide a grounded, human-to-human space to process the "weight of the past"—those deep-seated patterns, old narratives, and emotional blocks—while simultaneously building the practical tools you need for a healthier, more vibrant life. It is an approach that values depth and integration above all else.


To me, "depth" means looking beyond the surface symptoms. We explore the reparative work necessary to calm your nervous system and resolve the underlying stressors that have become part of your "normal."
