I support clients seeking transformational change—whether you’re navigating a major transition or simply yearning for a different way of living, feeling or relating to yourself. My work helps you explore and shift the thoughts, emotions and embodied patterns that hold you back, including anxiety, fears and phobias, limiting self-beliefs, stress, and challenges connected to lifestyle or health.
My practice is deeply informed by lived experience. I am Autistic, ADHD, and the child of
migrants, and my life has been shaped by the ongoing search for belonging. Receiving a late
diagnosis brought confusion, grief, and overwhelm—and ultimately, the need for a new
relationship with myself. The tools I now offer clients are the same ones that helped me
navigate this terrain with more clarity, compassion and resilience.
Creativity has been a constant thread through my life. For over 30 years I have written and
performed music, sustaining a creative practice through multiple crises of identity, purpose
and meaning. I encountered Therapeutic Coaching (TC) during a particularly disorienting
period and found its approach profoundly different from anything I had previously tried. TC
brought me back into my body, showed me that safety was possible there, and helped me
meet challenges with more openness and self-support.
Therapeutic Coaching is grounded in proven therapeutic and psycho-spiritual frameworks
and is a truly whole-person, client-centred approach. It works by helping you access the
resourceful internal states that already exist within you—often buried beneath patterns of
fear, avoidance or self-protection. Through openness, curiosity and kindness, I help you
cultivate a receptive attitude to your moment-to-moment experience. Together, we explore
where you are, what blocks your movement, and what latent capacities in you are ready to
Emerge.
My approach is continually shaped by ongoing psycho-spiritual study and experiential
practice within the Diamond Approach in Australia. This blend of structured therapeutic
tools and deep self-inquiry forms the backbone of the coaching experience I offer.
Outside of coaching, I remain deeply committed to artistic expression as a singer-songwriter
and recording artist—a lifelong practice that continually teaches me about authenticity,
vulnerability and creative courage. I am also the loving husband of Lee Beaton, an
Emotionally-Focused couples therapist and psychotherapist, and the devoted father of
Amelia.
I am currently working in private practice and welcoming new clients from all over the
world. If you sense that you are ready to shift longstanding patterns, reconnect with your
body, and move toward the person you want to be, I would be honoured to work alongside
you.
