
Hi, I’m Theresa Cooke and I know how exhausting it can feel when your mind won’t switch off, when you doubt yourself, or when you feel unsure about what you really want, things can feel overwhelming and unclear.
So often, we try to push through, ignore how we feel, or look for quick fixes - but those patterns tend to keep us stuck.
Almost 20 years ago after going through my own personal therapeutic journey, I trained in person centred and psychodynamic counselling. Through this, I gained a deep understanding of how past experiences, relationships and unconscious patterns can shape our present thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Over time, I came to feel that no single therapeutic model can fully meet the uniqueness of each individual, which led me to expand my training and practice into therapeutic coaching.
My trauma-informed approach is about gently exploring what’s really going on underneath, so you can begin to feel calmer, more confident and in control of your life, creating lasting change. I work alongside each client as an active partner in their journey, fostering growth, resilience and a stronger sense of self.
