I work with professionals who’ve given everything to their careers and found themselves running on empty—navigating burnout, chronic fatigue, Long Covid, or the quiet erosion of energy and joy that comes from years of pushing through.

I understand that experience personally. My own journey through Long Covid recovery taught me what it’s like to lose your baseline—the energy, clarity, and resilience you once took for granted. Recovery wasn’t just about getting better; it was about learning to listen to my body, process what I’d been carrying, and rebuild from a more grounded foundation.

That lived experience shapes how I work. I don’t approach burnout or fatigue as problems to fix. I see them as your nervous system asking—sometimes demanding—that you slow down, feel what’s been suppressed, and reconnect with yourself beneath the performance.

How I Work

Clients describe sessions as warm, non-judgemental, and deeply grounding—a place where they can stop managing how they appear and be honest about what’s actually happening.

I work through deep listening and skilful questions that help you uncover your own insights. We explore the patterns keeping you stuck: over-functioning, inability to rest, the belief that your worth depends on what you produce, emotional suppression so automatic you no longer notice it.

I integrate EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), NLP, and Hypnotherapy—woven naturally into our conversations rather than applied as standalone tools. EFT in particular offers a gentle, somatic way to process emotions held in the body for years, creating relief that talking alone often can’t reach.
