Sarah has been working in the NHS as a Physiotherapist since graduating in 2010 with a first-class honours degree. She continues to work part-time for the NHS as a Musculoskeletal Clinical Specialist, specialising in chronic pain. Her years of experience working with people with a variety of complex conditions have shaped her compassionate and holistic approach to supporting people through life’s challenges.

Navigating her own experience of chronic fatigue syndrome led Sarah to explore approaches to health and wellbeing outside of the NHS, including Therapeutic Coaching. Her personal journey around health and wellbeing deepened her appreciation of the physical, emotional and psychological factors that can influence how we feel and function. It also strengthened her passion for supporting others who may be going through their own challenges, helping them feel more connected to themselves and more hopeful about what is possible.

Sarah’s approach is grounded in a deep belief that every person’s journey is unique, and that meaningful change comes from understanding and supporting the whole person. Her clinical experience has given her a strong understanding of the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing, while her own journey has given her an appreciation of how complex and personal that relationship can be.

Sarah believes that Therapeutic Coaching provides a safe and supportive space to pause, reflect and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. She works collaboratively with clients, helping them explore the thoughts, emotions, beliefs and patterns that may be keeping them stuck, while developing the awareness and resources needed to create positive change.

Her style is warm, compassionate and non-judgemental. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, Sarah meets each client where they are and works with them to understand what matters most to them and what they would like to change. She aims to create a space where clients feel heard, understood and supported as they explore new possibilities.

Sarah is passionate about working with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. Whether navigating a period of change, struggling with confidence or self-belief, or simply feeling that something needs to be different, she believes that with the right support, it is possible to develop greater clarity, self-awareness and resilience.

Through Therapeutic Coaching, Sarah hopes to help clients reconnect with themselves, understand their experiences with greater compassion, and create meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.
