I’m a therapeutic coach supporting people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves to create meaningful, lasting change. My work is grounded in the belief that many of the challenges we face; anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or a lack of direction, aren’t problems to be fixed, but signals pointing toward deeper parts of ourselves that need attention, understanding, and integration.
Rather than focusing solely on surface-level strategies, I guide you to explore what’s underneath: the patterns, beliefs, and internal dynamics that shape how you think, feel, and act.
My approach blends therapeutic coaching with psychosynthesis, alongside influences from cognitive behavioural approaches, parts work, and somatic awareness. This allows us to work both practically and deeply developing tools to navigate everyday life while also addressing the root causes of recurring struggles.
My journey into this work wasn’t purely academic, it was personal.
Following my father’s cancer diagnosis during my university years, I experienced significant anxiety and depression. After his passing, I found myself questioning everything; my direction, my identity, and the way I was living. During this period, I began exploring alternative approaches to healing, including working with plant medicines, which opened the door to a deeper understanding of myself and the human experience.
This led me to train in psychosynthesis with the Psychosynthesis Trust in London and later in therapeutic coaching, shaping the way I now work with clients. These experiences taught me that real change cannot come from forcing ourselves to be different; we develop awareness, self-compassion, and a sense of internal safety.
