I was a vet for almost 40 years, and I was always fascinated by behaviour, whether in dogs, cats, horses or humans.

I started down my own personal development journey in my 30’s,when I developed a chronic illness and traditional medicine had no answers for me. Initially I explored many cognitive practises, which were endlessly fascinating, but led to me pushing myself and trying even harder, but that pattern of behaviour was part of what made me ill in the first place.

It was only when I started to explore more body-based practices, and work with my emotions that things started to change. I then discovered Therapeutic Coaching and loved its multi-faceted approach, and started training in 2020.

Our fast-paced modern world can cause immense stress, and lead us to feel isolated and disconnected from each other and ourselves, and less resourced to meet daily challenges. It can have profound effects on our mind, body and spirit. It can be exacerbated by unhelpful coping strategies, past traumas, self-sabotaging behaviours and limiting beliefs.

Many people go through life looking like a swan, seeming calm and graceful, but underneath the surface there can be a huge amount of effort and chaos, which sucks the joy out of life.

I use a range of Therapeutic Coaching techniques, along with EFT, breathwork and other nervous-system calming practises, to help you find your way back to yourself, so you can live a full life.
