I began life very small, arriving in the world at just three pounds. From that fragile beginning, I have spent my life defying the odds and discovering what happens when I commit to the process of transformation. Whether it is walking to the Magnetic North Pole, completing the Camino de Santiago or driving an old car from the UK across Africa, I’ve always been drawn to challenges that push me beyond what I felt was possible. These adventures have taught me that real growth happens when we learn to trust ourselves, embracing uncertainty and change.

Of course, it has not all been smooth sailing. Along the way, I’ve faced many setbacks such as injury, illness, divorce, burnout, and self-doubt. Yet through all of those, I now understand something very powerful: that often the biggest obstacle standing between us and our full potential is not our circumstances, but how we see ourselves.

In 2017 I trained as a Master Trainer and Therapeutic Massage Practitioner, founding Mustard Seed - Personal Transformation, originally only helping people from the outside in. However, after a few years in the health and fitness industry, I began to understand the limitations of this approach; so many of my clients were not held back by lack of effort, or will power but were, in fact, stuck in deeper emotional blocks, stress, food reliances, and limiting self-beliefs. This realisation lead me to train and qualify as a Therapeutic Coach and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner.

Throughout my training journey, I explored various issues personal to myself, such as why I second-guessed myself, why I thrived in some areas and struggled in others. I began to discover who I was beneath the layers of expectation and self-criticism. I found my voice, learned to quieten my inner critic, express my needs, uncover limiting beliefs, I am still on an amazing journey of discovering the freedom that comes from living as my full, authentic self.

Now, through my work as a Therapeutic Coach, I have had the privilege of supporting clients on their journeys. I believe that people don’t need fixing; rather they need the space and support to uncover who they already are beneath the noise. I bring professional expertise combined with lived experience, compassionate listening and a sense of adventure.

So, if you are feeling emotionally or physically ‘stuck’, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself, my goal would be to help you reconnect with your inner strength and rediscover the confidence to live a life that feels fully your own. Transformation isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you were all along.
