Luciana is an experienced trauma-informed Therapeutic Coach and accredited EFT practitioner, working with 1–1 clients and in the training and development of new Therapeutic Coaches.
Based in London and working internationally online, Luciana specialises in neurodiversity, chronic illness, emotional resilience, and identity development. She helps sensitive adults who feel “too much” or “not enough” learn how to regulate, relate, and live with more ease. Many of her clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns they already understand intellectually but struggle to shift in day-to-day life.
While some clients are new to therapy or coaching, many have worked with other practitioners before and are seeking an approach that helps them move from insight into meaningful, embodied change — without forcing positivity or ignoring their reality.
Luciana’s work brings together emotional depth, psychoeducation, and clear, practical tools. She is known for helping clients feel deeply understood while learning skills they can actually use — supporting them to regulate overwhelm, work compassionately with parts and patterns, and build greater inner safety, clarity, and self-trust. Her approach is relational, grounded, and carefully paced, with an emphasis on change that feels sustainable rather than forced.
Her practice is informed by both professional training and lived experience. Growing up in a neurodivergent household and living with her own neurodiversity, ME/CFS, and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Luciana has an embodied understanding of limited energy, fluctuating capacity, and the emotional impact of long-term and complex health conditions. This shapes a way of working that is realistic, sensitive, and deeply respectful — particularly for clients who have felt misunderstood, dismissed, or pressured to “push through.”
Luciana has particular expertise in working with:
- Women in their 20s navigating self-worth, boundaries, and relational patterns
- Neurodivergent clients seeking deeper self-understanding and more manageable ways of living
- People living with chronic or complex illness, including medical trauma and identity shifts
- Clients navigating periods of transition
- Psychologists, practitioners, and helping professionals seeking reflective, depth-oriented support
Alongside her client work, Luciana trains, mentors, and assesses Therapeutic Coaching students, supporting them to develop depth, attunement, and clinical confidence.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to creating spaces where people learn that nothing is wrong with them — and that change is still possible.
