I bring a unique blend of lived experience, professional expertise, and deep compassion to my work as a therapeutic coach. As a mother of six - three biological and three stepchildren and a proud grandmother of two young boys, family has always been at the heart of my life. My journey has taken me from five formative years living in Spain to building my family life in the UK, shaping my appreciation for culture, connection, and the many forms resilience can take.

Before becoming a therapeutic coach, I spent 14 years working as a paramedic. This was an experience that profoundly shaped my understanding of people, trauma, and human vulnerability. Supporting individuals and families through moments of crisis taught me the importance of calm presence, grounded support, and creating a sense of safety even in the most challenging situations. Alongside my professional practice, I completed a BSc (Hons) in Emergency Medicine, strengthening my understanding of the body, stress, and how chronic overwhelm affects emotional wellbeing.

My academic journey deepened further when I completed a Master’s degree in Understanding Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse, followed by a diploma in Therapeutic Coaching with the Optimum Health Clinic under Alex Howard. My studies were informed not only by professional curiosity but also by my own lived experience of domestic violence, an experience that has quietly shaped my empathy, my patience, and my belief in the strength people hold, even when they cannot yet see it in themselves.

Across the years, I have supported many individuals navigating stressful, complex, or emotionally demanding life circumstances. Whether someone is coping with anxiety, low confidence, overwhelm, relational challenges, or the lingering effects of past experiences, my focus is always on meeting them where they are and creating a space soft enough for honesty and strong enough for growth.

My personal life has also enriched my practice. I have walked through my own challenges, support a veteran partner, and held space for my son within the LGBTQ+ community. These experiences have strengthened my ability to welcome people exactly as they are, without judgement and with genuine respect for their story.

My coaching style is warm, steady, and collaborative. Working from a trauma-informed foundation, I prioritise safety, emotional regulation, and a gentle pace. My intention is not only to help you understand your emotions and patterns but to support you in reconnecting with your strengths, rebuilding confidence, and moving forward in ways that feel grounded and sustainable.

Sessions may include exploring beliefs, strengthening boundaries, developing self-awareness, understanding the nervous system, or working through the impact of stress and past experiences. Through curiosity, compassion, and practical tools, we create space for clarity, self-connection, and personal empowerment.

My commitment is to walk alongside you with integrity, warmth, and an unwavering belief in your ability to grow. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change, therapeutic coaching can help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more yourself.

Whoever you are, whatever has brought you here, you are welcome.
