When you are dealing with anxiety, grief, sleep problems, or ongoing emotional or physical pain, choosing the right Therapeutic Coach truly matters. This is not about quick fixes or surface level coping strategies. It is about feeling genuinely understood, safe, and supported by someone who recognises how deeply life experiences can affect both the body and the mind.
I bring over 30 years of nursing and Hospice experience into my Therapeutic Coaching work, offering a rare blend of clinical understanding, emotional intelligence, and compassionate care. For decades I supported people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, including trauma, loss, illness, chronic pain, and major life transitions. Those years taught me the importance of presence, patience, and listening beyond words. They continue to shape how I work today.
Through this experience I learned that anxiety does not only live in the mind. Grief is not something you simply move on from. Sleep difficulties are often signs of a nervous system that has been under strain for too long. Emotional and physical pain are deeply connected. My approach respects this complexity and works gently with it, rather than trying to override it.
I support clients using an integrative blend of Hypnotherapy, EFT, Internal Family Systems, NLP, Somatic practices, and Therapeutic storytelling. These approaches help us work beneath conscious thought, allowing the nervous system to settle, inner conflicts to soften, and long held patterns to release. The focus is not just short term relief, but meaningful and lasting change that feels natural and supportive.
What truly sets my work apart is the emphasis on safety and compassion. You will not be judged, rushed, or asked to be positive when that does not feel possible. There are no platitudes here. Instead you will find a calm steady presence and a space where you can be exactly as you are. We move at your pace, honouring your resilience while gently supporting you towards greater ease, clarity, and self trust.
Many clients come to me feeling worn down from coping alone for far too long. They often say they feel deeply seen and heard, sometimes for the first time in years. My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own capacity for healing and calm.
If you are ready for thoughtful ethical and deeply compassionate support from someone who has spent a lifetime caring for others, I would be honoured to support you.
