Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a therapeutic coach with a background in psychology and mental health, and over ten years’ experience in wellbeing and leadership roles across higher education and professional training environments.

I’ve worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those navigating neurodiversity, chronic illness, stress, burnout, confidence challenges, and major life transitions. My approach combines emotional depth with practical support, helping people build self-understanding, resilience, and lasting change.

What led me to therapeutic coaching was a feeling I couldn’t ignore, that people often needed something more holistic, compassionate, and personalised than traditional support alone could offer. I wanted to create a space where people could feel truly heard while also moving forward in meaningful ways.

My own lived experience plays an important role in the work I do. At 16, I began experiencing health symptoms that took many years and a great deal of self-advocacy to fully understand. Receiving a diagnosis of Microscopic Colitis in my mid-twenties became a turning point. It forced me to stop chasing quick fixes and start listening to what my body and mind were actually trying to tell me.

As someone who spent much of my life people-pleasing, overachieving, and pushing through overwhelm, I understand the emotional toll of constantly carrying too much. I know what it’s like to appear high-functioning on the outside while feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck underneath it all. Therapeutic coaching helped me reconnect with myself in a way that felt more grounded, compassionate, and sustainable and that experience now deeply informs how I support others.

I work online with adults who may feel stuck in old patterns, disconnected from themselves, or ready for something to change. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and capable on the outside, but internally exhausted from overthinking, overgiving, masking, or constantly pushing through. This often shows up alongside chronic illness, neurodiversity, fatigue, burnout, anxiety, low confidence, low self-worth, life transitions, or a general sense of feeling unfulfilled.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting people who have spent years holding everything together for everyone else, and are beginning to realise that their own needs have been left behind.

Drawing on NLP, EFT, coaching, and psychotherapeutic principles, I tailor every session to you. I bring warmth, structure, genuine compassion, and a sense of humour to this work, because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy.
