How I work
In our work together, we focus on understanding what’s keeping you stuck so we’re not just managing symptoms, but changing what’s underneath them. My approach combines developmental psychology to work at the root of your patterns, coaching to help you create meaningful change in your life, and mind-body work - including nervous system support and EFT - to help those changes stick. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and supportive, allowing your system to come out of survival mode so real, lasting change can happen.

My story
I know what it’s like to feel stuck and unwell.For over 20 years, I struggled with chronic fatigue, autoimmune issues, and poor mental health.I tried so many things to feel better - including talk therapy, medication and strict exclusion diets, but nothing worked. Then I found EFT Tapping and Therapeutic Coaching. These enabled me to work on the deeper patterns driving my symptoms, rather than just trying to manage them. As those patterns began to shift, so did everything else. My energy improved, my symptoms reduced, and I found myself no longer stuck in the same cycles. This work changed my life, and I’m here to share it with others who feel lost, stuck, or exhausted from trying to figure it out alone.
