Ellie Fowler
United Kingdom

I’m Ellie Fowler, a therapeutic coach, pluralistic/psychotherapeutic counsellor, and qualified mental health nurse based in Braintree, Essex, UK working in person and Online.

I combine clinical and life experience with a flexible, client-led approach to help people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress and more. My practice is grounded in compassion, non-judgement, and practical skills, with a commitment to meeting each person where they are.

Approach and values
I work pluralistically, which means I draw on a range of evidence-informed therapies and tailor them to your needs, preferences, and pace. I blend therapeutic coaching, NLP & EFT techniques that focus on goals and action with counselling methods that explore meaning, emotion, and past experience. My mental health nursing background brings strengths in risk assessment, crisis management, and collaborative care planning. I prioritise safety, respect, confidentiality and clear boundaries while encouraging autonomy and resilience.
