I know what it’s like to feel anxious, unfulfilled, frustrated, or burnt out, to feel as though you’re doing well in some areas of life yet quietly struggling in others. I recognise that many of us carry challenges that feel fixed and immovable, as if they’re simply ‘who we are’ or too deep, too old, or too complicated to change. But these patterns aren’t always permanent, and they rarely tell the full story of who you can become.
Through gentle exploration, I help you understand yourself more clearly, why you feel the way you do, why certain situations trigger familiar responses, and why you may differ from others in ways that can feel confusing or discouraging. Perhaps you struggle with self-esteem, self-sabotage, procrastination, overwhelming emotions, unhealthy patterns, anxiety, stress, or the fear of burning out again. My role is to help you see what’s happening beneath the surface, often in ways you haven’t been able to see before, and to show you that meaningful change is possible.
From there, I teach tools that strengthen emotional resilience and support long-term change. Together we build strategies that help you follow through, shift old patterns, and experience real improvements, changes that begin to ripple naturally into your day-to-day life.
Most of my clients are people who are doing ‘OK’ on paper, yet sense they’re capable of more, more ease, more clarity, more fulfillment. They may be facing a specific challenge, or they may simply feel ready to understand themselves more deeply and explore what’s possible. Clients often describe our work together as life-changing, sharing that the results go far beyond what they imagined.
My route into this work came from both my career and lived experience. Before coaching, I worked for 15 years in engineering consultancy and international project management in the UK and Middle East. During that time, a deep interest in people, personal development, and team dynamics began to grow, alongside my own journey through burnout and ME/CFS. That combination led me to study, qualify, and ultimately build a career dedicated to mental wellbeing and human potential.
I’m a Certified Therapeutic Coach, an ICF Associate Certified Coach, and a Licentiate Member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP. I also hold qualifications in corporate internal coaching, life coaching, and NLP. I am a Health Practitioner for the Salus Fatigue Foundation and work closely with Alex Howard and Anna Duschinsky, founders of Therapeutic Coaching.
I offer one-to-one sessions (in person or online), talks, group workshops, and longer wellbeing programmes. For those who feel adventurous and drawn to nature, I also offer outdoor therapeutic sessions, blending Therapeutic Coaching tools with the powerful and restorative benefits of the natural world.
If you feel ready to explore what’s possible for you, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s talk about how I can support you on your path forward.
