I am a certified Therapeutic Coach, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, and Clean Language Coach (ILM Certified Clean Coach for Leadership) with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and groups to explore, grow, and transform. My approach is creative, compassionate, and deeply human. I work with people who are ready to step into their power — unburdened by the past, connected to their most resourceful and authentic selves. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, or feeling creatively blocked, I help you reconnect to your inner wisdom and move forward with confidence and purpose.

Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade as a Creative Producer, founding ArtsAgenda in 2004. My work in outdoor arts and site-specific theatre taught me how to hold space for creativity, risk- taking, and transformation — lessons I now bring into my coaching practice. I understand the energy it takes to balance vision, leadership, and wellbeing, and I support clients to do that with more ease and self-awareness.

Since qualifying as a coach in 2012, I’ve helped individuals and  designed and delivered leadership and development programmes for groups such as the TOOLBOX Residency, online Mind Reset (2020) and Sura Medura, an international artist residency in Sri Lanka. In 2024, the amazing Therapeutic Coaching training deepened my ability to work in an embodied, trauma-informed, and integrative way. Adding new creative tools to heal and thrive.

I work 1:1 and facilitate group workshops, team coaching, and creative retreats, offering spaces that encourage honest reflection, connection, and new perspectives. My clients include artists, cultural leaders, entrepreneurs, and anyone curious about living and working with more authenticity and flow. Every day, not just at the weekend!

Originally from Hamburg, Germany, I’m half German and half British, I studied Dance & Drama and Languages and then European Cultural Policy in England and have lived here for over 25 years. I’m based in Brighton, where I live with my husband and two teenage boys.

When I’m not in my garden office, you’ll find me knitting, dressmaking, running or sea swimming with friends, or experimenting in the kitchen (I rarely follow a recipe and never measure rice). These moments of play and creativity remind me daily of what I bring to my work — curiosity, courage, and a belief in the power of imagination to spark change.
