Anne-Fabienne is a bilingual (English–French), trauma-informed Therapeutic Coach specialising in nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, grief processing, and transformative personal development. Based on the French Riviera and working both online and in person, she supports men and women navigating burnout, career transitions, relationship challenges, expatriation, and other major life changes. Her work is grounded in attunement, integrity, and a deep commitment to authentic transformation.
As the founder of AF Coaching (est. 2020), she integrates top-down and bottom-up therapeutic processes to help clients regulate their autonomic nervous system, process unresolved emotions, and shift entrenched patterns that restrict wellbeing, growth, and self-actualisation. She works extensively with senior professionals, entrepreneurs, and internationally mobile individuals — many carrying complex histories or navigating identities shaped by multiple cultures and high-performance environments.
Her therapeutic coaching is supported, where helpful, by body-based practices including mindfulness, meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and therapeutic yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra). These modalities help clients cultivate embodied safety, regulate their emotional landscape, and translate cognitive insight into sustainable, embodied change.
She is also active in leadership and entrepreneurial communities. As a mentor with the Professional Women’s Network (PWN), she supports senior women navigating executive milestones, leadership identity, and corporate evolution. Through her collaboration with Riviera Entrepreneurs, she helps founders and solo entrepreneurs develop psychological resilience and self-leadership as they move through critical stages of business growth. She also designs and delivers self-development workshops for executives and entrepreneurs on the French Riviera.
Alongside her private coaching practice, she collaborates with health and wellbeing studios, provides bespoke wellbeing services for five-star hotels, and supports clients directly in their homes and private villas. Her work in these settings is highly individualised, discreet, and carefully curated, offering a level of refinement suited to high-profile and globally mobile clients.
Born into an expatriate family, she lived internationally from the age of two and grew up across cultures, languages, and continents. This lifelong expatriate identity gives her a nuanced understanding of the psychological and emotional complexities of international life — including relocation stress, cultural adjustment, identity fluidity, and the layered grief often carried by globally mobile individuals.
Her own healing journey began following a sudden collapse into ME/CFS, which left her bed-bound overnight. Through a combination of therapeutic coaching and body-based practices, she gradually restored her health, experienced a profound personal rebirth, and reoriented her life towards meaning and purpose. She later continued her inner work to heal the wounds of boarding school syndrome, giving her a lived understanding of early attachment disruption and its long-term emotional impact.
Before entering this field, she spent 15 years training dancers internationally and 10 years delivering global corporate conferences in the City of London — experiences that shaped her understanding of pressure, performance, identity, and vulnerability.
Today, her mission is to empower individuals to transcend the limits of their conditioning, achieve the goals that matter most to them, and create a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and self-authored.
